General Overview
In the event of technical difficulties with the Software that cannot be resolved by the Hackspypivot Customer Support Center, you may qualify for a full refund under the conditions specified in the Refund Policy below. Refund Conditions
– In accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the conditions set forth in this Refund Policy, a 14-day “cooling-off period” is applicable.
– You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the refund reasons align with the Refund Policy conditions outlined below.
– Refunds will not be issued beyond 14 days from the purchase date. Refund claims apply only to the primary (initial) Hackspypivot subscription. Additional subscriptions purchased separately are not eligible for refunds.
– Refunds are granted only once per customer. Subsequent purchases of Hackspypivot subscriptions are not eligible for the same refund request.
– Refunds will not be issued in the event of the loss of a private encryption key, resulting in data loss, temporary loss of access to the user’s control panel, or any related inconveniences.
– Refunds will not be issued if the user fails to reinstall or relink Hackspypivot Software following an operating system upgrade on the target device.
– Refunds will not be issued if the target device does not meet the Hackspypivot Compatibility Policy.
– Refunds will not be issued if the target device loses connectivity with the Hackspypivot subscription due to a lack of Internet access, factory reset, or update to the latest operating system version.
Refund Procedures
– Refund requests must be submitted to the Hackspypivot Billing Department via email at [email protected]. Refund requests made through Live Chat or telephone will not be accepted.
– Refund decisions will be made within three business days. Please note that a 9% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover bank and payment processing charges.
Chargeback Policy
– In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company or similar action by another payment provider in relation to your subscription purchase, we reserve the right to suspend access to all accounts associated with you.
– Reactivation of accounts will be at our discretion and will only occur upon receipt of the outstanding payment(s). Charges for services processed through our credit card payment processor will be reflected on your credit card statement.
– You will be responsible for any fees incurred from chargebacks, payment disputes, or related accounting or legal services. A reinstatement fee of $25 USD will apply.
